A few cool people, decent starting job.

Cons

Poor upper management, they don't listen or understand the problems of the warehouse. Very obvious favoritism. Promises of advancement, with no follow through. No yearly raises, low pay and poor benefits.

You can do the bare minimum and not be held to expectations and not lose your job!

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued and under-utilization of their talent. They preach about the culture and how they value their team so greatly, however, it doesnt hold any truth. They do not value their internal stakeholders.
