Pros

The culture at Applied is great for most teams, especially the R&D and Product Development teams. The culture is inviting, collaborative, and fast paced. Also, the mission of Applied to advance patient outcomes while bringing down the cost of health care is an amazing mission to get behind.

Cons

Salary can be lacking when you first arrive, but if you're a good team member they catch you up. Not all teams share the same culture so some are great and some are less so.

Terrible management and Low pay.

Pros

Great people and good way to break into medical sales.

Cons

Terrible inexperienced management promoting more terrible management. Very low pay considering industry average despite always exceeding quota. HR does nothing and team members voices are not heard despite what you see on the reviews (Applied’s generic response). If they did, people would be paid more and we’d have a change of management. High turn-over rate. Get in, get some experience, and get out! The positive reviews on here I’m guessing are based off more inexperienced professionals that have no idea the much better opportunities out there.

Pros

Good Marketing strategies showing off quality as their main motive

Cons

1. Have to literally Beg the upper management if any approval has to be made. 2. working on stone age technologies with no futuristic goals / project methodologies. 3. If you are a human, and even if you do not know anything... you have a chance of being in a lead/management position..(Absolutely No work culture) 4. Toxic Work culture and peanuts like wages paid for team members while uper management takes the biggest share. 5. covering up the worst management and development strategies by saying they are doing so much good for the community.
