Pros

Nice office building with good decoration

Cons

1) very rigid timing policy and no flexibility. You have to come at 9am and cannot leave before 6pm even if you come early. Most of the day managers call meeting at 5:30 which goes on until 7 . You need to come on weekends also and no compensation for that . 2) All the high tech companies has VPN and work from home options now a days except this one !! There is VPN but so complex way to get approval that you will probably never get it . 3) Work load is huge compared to money they pay . 4) Managers have no management capabilities 5) Performance review process is very bad .6) Senior experience people are not help ful and don’t want to share knowledge 7) The good review that are given here probably given by people who got some benefits from HR to get that 8) HR are very rude 9) No career growth

Pros

You will never lose your job no matter how bad you're doing.

Cons

1. managers don't care about your growth at all, they treat you as tool not assets 2. flatter key people is more helpful to your career than working hard 3. company makes money because your salary is a lot lower than market average 4. you can't be promoted if you don't have a PhD no matter how good you are 5. CEO micromanages the whole company, it's a very conservative working environment

Pros

Friendly and hard-working co-workers.

Cons

Biased opinions and discrimination based on cultural background, gender and age are publicly displayed. Female workers have to face sexism from managers. Equal employment opportunity is not truly practiced. Managers are working hard to introduce the Asian “Foxconn” culture into the company. Employees for all job-functions are paid much lower than industry standard. However, they are still “suggested” to work over-time. Employees are always micromanaged and watched over. This method does not favor a positive work environment and loyalty to the company, which explains the high turnover rate. Managers uses the fear factor to improve company performance and put little to no trust in their employees even when their employees are highly qualified and motivated. The company relies on the ongoing availability of desperate international PhD students who need sponsorship. Experienced employees are under-appreciated and not respected. Employee's 401K plan does not exist now because the CEO senses the company's unfavorable performance and wants the employees to pay for it.
