      Very good benefits, pretty good flexibility with hours, attire

      Cons

      Not innovative in work/life balance issues. Treat support staff poorly but works everyone hard. Senior management is sometimes demeaning to staff members, unappreciative. Lack of strong leadership.

      There is no huge downside to the company. Pay is semi-monthly, 1st-15th and 16th to last day of month.
