      Pros

      The culture fosters collaboration between contracting and the technical teams. The best people I have ever worked with are here. Management is great at managing the work load and trying to understand what their employees are going through. The projects ARA wins are of vital importance to Government customers.

      Cons

      ARA seems to start pay at a lower than typical level. But after loyalty is proven, they increase it accordingly.
