      Employee Owned: Bonus at end of year + Company Stock (note that because I haven't finished the year, I don't know quite yet how much it is exactly (I tried under-estimating)) Great Team: Everyone is friendly and has a great work attitude. Flexible with PTO and hybrid work Contracting Job: lots of different projects to get involved with

      Cons

      Contracting: If you want 1 large project to dive into you might not find that (depending on what division you are in) Not a multi-national tech company: Don't expect to make millions. Pay is good but not FAANG good.
