Pros

After working in corporate America for years, I never thought I would find a company who truly treats you like a human being and appreciates me. ARA really does, plus being a employee owned company you do matter! A growing company, great people, and great benefits. I couldn't ask for more in hopefully my last job before retirement.

Cons

The only one that I could think of, is they don't like folks to telework. But that isn't a problem for me, because I like going into the office at ARA!

Pros

Above average retirement benefits, although in most cases you don't actually get to use this money for a long time, especially if this is your first job.

Cons

Management. There is really no benefit in working here long term. Do yourself a favor and look for other opportunities where your work will be appreciated and recognized.
