Pros

Independent work and there's coffee

Cons

Boring, repetitive work. Feels like playing "Where's Waldo" in Paint. Snobby attitudes. Only a few people have personalities. Co-workers range from dry and boring to nasty and dramatic. Having to do anything is referred to as "being generous"

Pros

-Great employees -Great Management Team -Flexible work hours -Ability to work from home when needed -Great 401k with stock options -Flexible leave policy -Annual bonuses -Pay is good for the area -0, I mean 0 micromanagement from Senior Managers -Employee accountability -And I can leave out the Friday donuts :)

Cons

-For the IT person there is little ability for upward movement at the location. -IT equipment is in need of replacement. (I was working on this before I transitioned.) -The inability to make small local purchases for standard IT items without manager approval.
