      Pros

      Decent company with an acceptable amount of pay check. Nice benefits with health, dental and vision. Nice working environment for the employees.

      Cons

      Poor employee guidance. Depends only on clients evaluations without performing their own employee evaluation. Do not support and do not allow considerable time to newly hired employees to build their potential.

      Very good benefits, pretty good flexibility with hours, attire

      Cons

      Not innovative in work/life balance issues. Treat support staff poorly but works everyone hard. Senior management is sometimes demeaning to staff members, unappreciative. Lack of strong leadership.
