Pros

Great job, excellent growth plans, many people who are invested to your career growth and path

Cons

Behind in what is now industry standard for benefits, PTO, and compensation. HR seems totally checked out with what's going on and not very helpful with the onboarding process or answering questions.

If you enjoy technology changing quickly, you will enjoy working here. It never gets boring. Owner and employees are great. Owner especially encourages employees to always think outside the box.

Cons

Need more people to help manage the workload.
