Supportive atmosphere within my department that constantly strives for improvement. I know what's expected of me in my job, and have constant check ins with my manager, even being a remote employee. Benefits, pay scale, time off are all generous. I feel as though I'm considered to be a person and not just an employee. That in itself makes it easier to care about this job.
