      Pros

      I loved my time at Applied because I got to work with some really great people. Capable, Intelligent, Hard-working, and overall extremely nice colleagues! I've never felt as bad about leaving a company as I did about leaving Applied Systems.

      Cons

      - The industry is technically lagging since brokerages aren't necessarily early adopters, so as a tech employee, you may be slightly behind the times working here - YoY salary growth is kinda low
