The people are amazing, there is always room to grow and advance to new positions. They are all about hiring from within. Great at training and making new skills available. I have never worked for a company that appreciates their employees like Applied does. Its a big office with a lot of people but everyone knows everyone which is nice. Management is present and available when needed. Benefits start day 1 on the job which is amazing and they are great when it comes to yearly reviews and raises and bonuses.

Cons

This location is kind of in the middle of no where. For someone new to the job or company it can seem overwhelming at first due to rigorous training schedule.
