      - Friendly people - Monthly reimbursement for your internet bill (if you work remotely) - Flexibility work hours

      Cons

      - Not competitive benefits (You pay a lot of portions for your health insurance, and you get 'OK' coverage. 401k is a little below average) - Unpredictable bonus (The company usually doesn't announce it until the very last minute every year) - Not much challenges (You will find a lot of down time for self-study time) - Technology is slighly behind the competitor (Need to move things quicker)
