Promised one thing but given another

Pros

The people are very friendly and they have a very nice campus if you're willing to come out here. They also do free bagels on Tuesday.

Cons

Confusion. I was promised I would be trained but spend all day in my cube alone and not knowing what I'm suppose to be doing. I was told I would have a mentor but no one is willing to help me.

Boss doesn't micromanage. Good people to work with. CEO seems like he cares. Never have to worry about working more than 40 hours/week.

Cons

The pay isn't close to the industry average. No chance for advancement.

Really great people to work with. They are nice and professional people. The company does a good job on taking good care of employees with events, birthday holiday, and continue to improve its current career structure. I have recommended a friend and he loved the company. You get to work with a lot of different technologies such as MS Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server, and VMware just to name a few.

Cons

No complaints at the moment.
