Pros

This is a great work environment for people who want to learn more about the ins and outs of web development. I have learned so much here, and working here has turned me into a seasoned full stack developer. The people here are very patient as well. If you are stuck on a problem, they are more than willing to help you work through it so long as you show that you're putting in a good work effort.

Cons

The salary is a little on the lower end

Pros

You work closely on a team with hands on experience in real projects. There is not a strict schedule, as long as you work 8 hours in the day. The office view is overlooking the sound. You can ask anyone around the office any question without a problem.

Cons

There is no paid lunch break, but you can take one.

I'm really happy that you are enjoying working with us. We've been in this location for quite a long while, and I never get tired of the view! Of course, right now (as we are forced to work from home) we don't get to enjoy it, but it's nice to know we have something nice to go back to when the pandemic subsides.
