Pros

Phenomenal work culture, a lot of room for opportunity and growth, monthly meetings where the whole office has the opportunity to share and learn about others work, occasional group outings, wonderful people.

Cons

Some management was young and/or unexperienced, but this was a work in progress, and has small probability of affecting you.

I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed your time with us. As for inexperienced management: I have always been a proponent of growing from within, and so yes - there is some learning curve as people move into leadership roles. But we work very closely with them to help them grow, and this creates opportunities for everyone to take on new challenges.

Pros

- A lot of autonomy and projects are interesting - Co-workers are extremely nice and knowledgable - Management respects its workers, clearly is a great place to work for full-time

Cons

- Location is a bit isolated, but it is very pretty!

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your internship with us - our internship program is extremely important to me. And yes, our office is a bit off the beaten path ... but that's part of its charm, I think. We all really enjoy being in such a quaint village on the waterfront, so it's worth a little extra driving.
