Pathetic leadership @GDC

None @GDC...Had some Pros last year but not anymore.

Cons

5 managers, 6 principal consultants, 3-4 associates and recruitment head left the company this year. GDC management uses word 'Associates Empowerment' a lot but don't know what it really means. People Management is zero and it is purely 'command and Control'.

CEO is good person but not sure if he knows of what is happeing in GDC.

Cons

managers in gdc office don't care about associates anymore.they care only about money and their own jobs. feeling sad that lot of people are leaving this company as nobody is liking here anymore.
