Pros

Apps Associates calls by Associate not a employee. Good Work Culture Good Management with a Very Focused Goals In the last 2 years company gas grown a lot ( When i joined the Company it was only 185 and Now we are 400 ) Pays well Good Work Environment, Flexible working hours, Work from Home Options, Courtesy drops to female associates who work late night. It gives you a Career rather than just giving a JOB.

Cons

Need to think BIG in few aspects.

Pros

Best place to be if you are for learning, great opportunity to prove your worth. Regardless of all negatives you see below, 2 years of work at Apps will give you a good expertise in ERP domain.

Cons

Long work hours and relatively less pay. Management is hiring low quality staff these days which may decrease overall quality of the company in coming years. High level management is very unstable i.e. in two years they have changed 4 VPs in the company which implies that company lacks definite strategies and goals for its future
