Scope to learn technically in the oracle applications field. Some project managers are talented and good. Others are very bad. Recent changes in management bode good for this company. Should be a nice place to be. Salary is good, though hikes are not as they used to be. No Provident Fund, you'll get the whole pay in your accounts. Be ready to spend the occasional late night at office.

Cons

Experience / Learning totally depends in the project you are and also the manager under whom you work. Some are very bad and are just hanging on to their jobs.
