Good for those who are in early stage of career. Enjoyable work .

Cons

Middle management & senior management have very short , temporary vision . Not a good place for delivery managers / practice managers anymore. Many managers left in a short period. Some of the happenings at GDC are not known to CEO. Professionalism is lacking at all levels.

None @GDC...Had some Pros last year but not anymore.

Cons

5 managers, 6 principal consultants, 3-4 associates and recruitment head left the company this year. GDC management uses word 'Associates Empowerment' a lot but don't know what it really means. People Management is zero and it is purely 'command and Control'.
