Leadership is truly invested in its people's personal and professional growth and want the very best for their employees. The people who work at Apptegy are friendly and push you to be better on a daily basis. The friendships you build are very special.

Pros

The best, brightest, kindest people. I've been pushed and challenged in my time at Apptegy, and I've grown both professionally and personally. I trust and respect leadership, and I feel cared about by my coworkers.

Cons

If you're interested in climbing the corporate ladder, Apptegy might not be the place for you. The company rewards amazing performance, but since it's a fairly flat organizational structure, you might not see regular promotions for decent performance. If you're more interested in coasting than being pushed, Apptegy also wouldn't be the place for you.
