Pros
10/10 recommend. This place continuously hires a bunch of kind-hearted, open-minded, hard-working people. It's a place where you are encouraged to be open and transparent, and it won't come back to bite you. It is very challenging, but that's what keeps it interesting. Apptegy itself is trying to grow, so as an employee you will be seeking ways for personal growth on a daily basis with great coworkers to encourage you along the way. As everyone else on here has said, it has everything you would think a startup would have -unlimited PTO, health care, beer in the fridge, a ping pong table, etc. If you are willing to work as hard as you possibly can and be kind to your coworkers this is the place for you.
Cons
There's a big emphasis on every employee striving to be a better version of themselves. Apptegy pushes for everyone to be their best, so at times the pressure can be a lot to take in. Also, promotions are competitive, but I can confidently say Apptegy does reward those that work hard and management is always open to show you ways to improve your performance.
