Apptegy is an excellent company with an esteemable mission. They provide entry-level engineers with a thoughtful, friendly environment in which to grow and senior engineers plenty of opportunities to solve challenging problems.

Cons

Not precisely a con, but Apptegy is a fast-paced environment. To grow as an engineer, you this. However, it's not always the most comfortable.

Great culture, travel stipend, great team/support. My voice was always heard and my ideas were considered. I was given the freedom to try new things and the support to see them through. Apptegy truly cares about its employees and their well being. Definitely the best company to work for in Arkansas!

Cons

Not keen on remote work pre/post covid. Not the biggest fault but more flexibility in this area would be great
