Pros

Apptegy is a fairly diverse company, with different people from all kinds of walks of life. One of the greatest thing about it, though, is the leadership. The CEO of the company GENUINELY cares about his employees. Company culture is a top priority, and the benefits are wildly generous (i.e.unlimited PTO, full health coverage, mental health reimbursement, travel stipend, etc.). Another really cool thing is with Apptegy being such a new company, you really have an opportunity to make an evident impact in how we do things. Jeston is always pretty open for new ideas and quick chats, even if he doesn't go for it in the end. All in all, Apptegy has given me some really high standards for any different jobs I take in the future, and I am highly grateful for my time with them.

Cons

Like all things in life, Apptegy is not perfect. We do things a little differently in the sales world, which may not always be appealing to someone used to regular commission. Also, "moving up" in the company can be a bit tricky; there simply aren't always positions to move up to. This last thing is more personal, though many of my friends/coworkers function similarly to myself in this regard: management is not typically going to pat you on the back and tell you that you're kicking a**, even though you might absolutely be doing so. This isn't really a "con" so much as it is something to be aware of if you find you need that type of encouragement.

Pros

Work with some truly amazing people. Get to do meaningful work and feel like you are making a change. Some of the best perks I have ever had with a job. Professional development opportunities. A strong focus on team building and culture development. Travel opportunities for some roles.

Cons

I never felt that the expectations were clear which made it hard for me to succeed. It’s hard to hit a moving target.
