Pros

Freedom to visit many places. Able to work with many different school leaders including communincations, technology and superintendents. I enjoyed the work but found myself wanting to have a greater impact on a company instead of by school system.

Cons

Lots of travel. Had to drive typically 800 miles per week.

Pros

Benefits are great and perks like catered lunch and beet are hard to find elsewhere.

Cons

Pay is subpar, likely because of said perks and benefits. These do not make up for the severe pay gap, though. Senior leadership does not care about the individual worker, to the point where they work remotely and only come visit to show off or fire someone. Also, promotions are mostly nonexistent for most roles. They'll just hire someone remote to manage you.
