Pros
I've worked in several different environments in my career and Apptegy sets the bar for what it means to be true to it's values around high performance and thoughtfulness. Not only are you surrounded by incredibly talented, intelligent people that challenge you to thrive, they are also thoughtful and always willing to jump in and help. ie. I was feeling overwhelmed one day after being away from the office for a week and mentioned it to a colleague in passing. The next day, I found a pile of yummy sweets and a handwritten card on my desk! All in all, the hustle is real but the intention is clear and everyone is in it together. Awesome compensation, benefits and unlimited time off (which is encouraged) is just the icing on the cake.
Cons
The fact that we're outgrowing the space so quickly! (But not really a con, just a sign that what we're doing is really making a difference in education today!)
