As an engineer working at Apptegy I feel that my work directly creates a positive impact for both our internal and external clients. The expectations are high, and the work is often difficult, but the pace that we work and the need for us to be adaptable makes the job exciting. I regularly get feedback from VPs about my work and even speak to the CTO occasionally. Any time I have positive or negative input about the job or some project I am listened to, and actions are taken if necessary. We are encouraged to take time off and disconnect fully when doing so. The people on my team are always willing to help out with or discuss tasks I am working on. Leadership strongly communicates the idea that we should build each other up, and people listen to that and want others around them to succeed.
