Pros

Aprio continues to amaze me. Now that the honey-moon phase of being a new hire has worn out.. I am still feeling so thankful to have found this wonderful company! The teams are ever changing and adapting to the new needs of the continuous expansion- this is a fast paced culture. Positive, exciting, and challenging. There is nothing boring here, and every day can be an adventure if you let it be! Management cares and hears us. I can actually make a difference at Aprio!

Pros

Leadership Culture Diversity Pay Opportunity Growth Tech Flexibility The company has grown exponentially over the past few months and years. I've had the opportunity to work with every internal department except tax and audit and I can tell you that many companies pitch their core values but Aprio actually lives them out. Many people across different levels have been willing to share their expertise and ideas, it has provided a safe place to share your knowledge and areas where you don't have a lot of experience. The company financially is doing extremely well even in the midst of a looming recession. They pay well within the market range and provide opportunities for learning and earning so to speak. The leadership is very approachable and the CEO has a great vision of where to take the company. There is lot of tech growth within and a lot of tools to be utilized.

Cons

Subject Matter Expertise Tool knowledge Organization Structure With ANY fast-growing company, there are pain points and areas that need the expertise to fill gaps in business needs, whether that's tracking better metrics or building applications, the biggest pain point that I have seen is being able to utilize or have the expertise in-house to build what is needed to scale the business. I personally don't think is too much of a "con" because it provides an opportunity for anyone willing to learn what is needed to solve the business problem. I'm excited to see how Aprio builds these solutions out because when they do, I have no doubt that they will be a top leader within their market. Also, with such a fast-growing company and mergers, it can be difficult to understand and know who owns what in some projects and tools, but with a simple meeting, I have been able to get the information I need and put the pieces together.
