Pros

Their cultivated culture that is dedicated to excellence in client service and professional integrity makes Aprio a place I can see myself at long-term. They have a great variety of services offered and want their employees to work in the area they feel most passionate about. They are a growing company so there are vast opportunities and resources to learn and develop professionally and personally here.

Cons

Working in the remote environment, you have to be very intentional to feel connected to people and to ensure you stay on the same page with team members. Mentorship and also must be intentionally and actively pursued as people's schedules are very full. No employer match for the 401(k) plan.
