      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Learning and Development was full of tips People willing to help from all levels

      Cons

      High turnover. Sometimes there wasn't enough work to go around so left with very few billables which causes termination (not for lack of looking for more billable work)

      Pros

      Used to be a good place to work. Many really nice people. They used to treat employees like real people that were cared about.

      Cons

      Now everyone is just a number. Hit monthly numbers or you're not eligible for a bonus anymore regardless of what else you contribute to the firm. Good long time employees are being let go regardless of what they've done to build the firm up.
