Pros

Fun, young coworkers. I really enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

Not competitive in regard to pay and bonus structure. Leadership is focused only on the bottom dollar and not the people.

Pros

The people I worked with however in my 3 years here many left the firm. Some days during busy season they would feed us since we had to stay very late hours.

Cons

Extremely high turnover in tax department this year. I was the 16th employee since September to change firms. Talk is cheap, but HAW is cheaper all while working big 4 hours.

Pros

The only possible pro is flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Horrible place to work, extremely unwelcoming. I went through the worst mental health problems during my time here. I was thrown piles of work during my 1st week of orientation! Lack of support and structure. Very old school accounting firm with hierarchical structure and perspective. Says open to change but very much stuck in traditional ways of thinking and working. Worst company I’ve ever worked for, Keith Greenwald is an extremely unpleasant individual and everyone who’s worked with him can attest… but seems fearful of confronting him. There’s suppose to be fundamentals to support a healthy work culture, I’ve never heard Keith mention a fundamental ever. I was given warnings about Keith from other employees during my 1st week. Save your soul from the disruption of peace and work with good humans, good ppl that actually care. Those companies do exist. Oh, don’t even think about furthering your education it is highly frowned upon. I only met the CEO once in passing, but my experience with him was very pleasant.
