Pros

The firm has a strong set of values and encourages everyone at the firm to do their best to live out these fundamentals as best they can each day. Everyone that works at the company really seems to buy into the shared values and it creates a great work environment and allows everyone to hold each other accountable.

Cons

The firm currently doesn't offer a 401K match, only profit sharing

Pros

Used to be a good place to work. Many really nice people. They used to treat employees like real people that were cared about.

Cons

Now everyone is just a number. Hit monthly numbers or you're not eligible for a bonus anymore regardless of what else you contribute to the firm. Good long time employees are being let go regardless of what they've done to build the firm up.

Honestly, if you are looking to feel like a startup and have the flexibility and autonomy to thing like a business owner, this place is for you. So many great oopportunitiesand the company does live their motto. Best job I've had. Pay Team Culture Offices Flexibility

Cons

The company has lots of pain points with M&A's. Great for the publicity but you can pick up on ithe nternal pain points of wearing multiple hats. This does create an opportunity for growth if you are in the right department. No 401k match Expensive Healthcare Profit Sharing is not very clear
