I have really enjoyed my first few weeks with Aprio. Everything that I have done was clearly defined during the interview process and job description. My supervisor is super detail oriented and supportive.

Cons

We're growing rapidly, so it can sometimes take a while to get responses to questions that might be blocking project progress.

Cons

The usual cons of working remotely - hence, lack of people interaction. (Midshift) Heavy reliance on self provided internet access.

Pros

Work Life Balance and WFH opportunity. Also, you have a chance to get to know your co-workers with gatherings/online.

Cons

I worked on the Product Team and there could be ups and downs with planning. Moreover, some of the upper management can abuse their power. But there will always be company politics wherever you go. Diversity can be better. I would say also company matching should start already when an employee begins that's the only down side.
