Great Benefits, excellent employees and funds capital improvements

Cons

Hired consultant firm (McKinsey) to reorganize. This was a huge mistake as they had no clue concerning how to successfully run an injection molding operation.

Initially good interviews. Poor response time, not respectful of candidate.

Cons

Company knew candidate did not have degree, still made offer - candidate accepted offer. Background check was fine. Aptar rescinded offer because candidate did not have degree. DO NOT GIVE NOTICE TO YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER UNTIL Aptar has really really confirmed that they want to hire you. This company would have left the candidate unemployed for no reason.
