A good experience at an international company

Pros

Able to work autonomously; no micro-managing. High level of responsibility and management allows you to take control. Management is available when needed. Pay was very good although every penny was earned. Good opportunities for traveling abroad although you're flying coach. Excellent opportunity to work with varied cultures.

Cons

Not a high level of trust between co-workers. Small office environment with a "fishbowl" feel. No women in executive positions. Cultural differences can cause tension, and drama-loving employees can exacerbate these differences.

Starting salary is decent; remote work may be an option for some roles; the most diverse company I've worked at

Cons

Health insurance and PTO are terrible; raises and bonuses are low and not merit based which impacts motivation; under-resourced so everyone is constantly under pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines leading to poor work/life balance;

Stability for old people that are looking for a good retirement plan

Cons

- Very micro management. - No room for Initiative taking - Unqualified managers - High average age company - Very archaic business processes - Very archaic ERP System - Very slow career advancement - The only way to succeed is to satisfy your manager and your manager's managers. To summarize : I don't recommend this company to smart and ambitious young people. This can ruin your career.
