Unsafe working environment Poorly run location by director of manufacturing and ops manager not concerned about people Location only cares about numbers and not quality to customers Human Resources department never available and not there for team members needs Overall CEO needs to look at this location there is a reason why they are too 5 internally for unsafe locations
