Pros

Management teams value your experience and opinion, opportunities for career advancement, working toward bringing nationwide company together, ELT has concrete plan to advance us in the industry, solid software solutions that can truly make a difference in healthcare.

Cons

Company has grown quickly and is working through growing pains. Understand the need to change policies and benefits as you grow, but it seems like it comes at the expense of employees at times.
