Pros

Free medical insurance. Continuing education is paid. Management is understanding and listens. Very family first. Flexible hours.

Cons

Some employees got to work from home some did not...After merger we had to take an hour lunch. I prefer 30 minutes.

Salaries are all over the place. Micromanagement at the C level. Working under certain managers can be a daunting task.
