Pros

Opportunity for growth, dynamic work environment, generally good people are hired, nice facility in Tallahassee, good benefits

Cons

a bit TOO chaotic, and discord between departments; pay raises have greatly slowed with new leadership, family feel has dissipated and current CEO and HR leadership have negatively impacted general morale, despite increasing revenue. HR process for conflict mitigation and resolution is cloak and dagger/minimal. Employees now treated truly like resources, less like humans...high turnover the last 3 years.

New team, new culture, much needed improvement

Pros

New leadership is breathing new life into a formerly sleepy little company. There is more transparency, accountability and strategic direction than we've had in several years. The benefits are getting better each year and new hires have brought new perspective we badly needed. I'm excited for the future of Alpha II.

Cons

Not all of the legacy team has bought into the new direction of the company. We're still mostly remote and that has been difficult to deal with the past two years.
