Pros

Progressive office environment; family friendly, socially and professionally supportive. Stable, with no drama.

Cons

Small executive circle means personalities drive decisions and the team culture; if you wind up in the crosshairs, you may as well update your resume. The staff has D&I, top Mgmt certainly does not.

There is real growth coming to this company. Everyone works together to meet their goals. Management strives to build up their employees and gives them opportunities for growth. Great benefits, too!
