      Timely salary Good Teammates Good Shift Allowances

      Cons

      No WFH Allowances. There is only one appraisal cycle per year for services team whereas there are two in other teams. Even though if you perform well they say silly reasons and will not be give good hike or promotion just because they need to give the fixed number of promotions. You will be getting promotion if you stick to the manager all time or if you work with a client of senior project manager. No appreciation to Indian employees especially developers.They will treat you as robots. No proper training to the new joiners. Even though they reach the targets they will say silly reasons and will not give you total bonus. Very poor bonus structure. No career growth in this team.
