Very difficult to resolve issues between departments. The company is so large often times you need to work with people in other countries in different time zones that you've never and will never meet, which makes it very challenging to get things accomplished. Lots of confusion on processes, or lack thereof. Makes it very difficult to be productive. High focus on billable hours, or utilization. Even though most of the days are spent chasing down internal resources. Upper management only cares about utilization and profitability, not client or employee satisfaction. All employees are a number and will be replaced. Very high turnover. Aptean acquires companies at such a rapid pace they haven't taken the time to understand what it takes for them each to be successful during and after acquisition.
