      -Flexible hours -Great coworkers (no longer working at the company)

      Cons

      -Disconnect from higher ups -Outsourcing for cheaper labor. The company let go of a lot experienced developers.

      none, seriously. the company is in constant turmoil .

      Cons

      many. management and the organization are in constant turmoil. management overhead is extreme, many layers of management - way above what it should be this type of organization / business. Small staff that does the actual work and is overworked, underpaid, under appreciated. actions speaks louder than words and aptean is good with words.

      There are not many pros here. Work/life balance is okay. You can get your feet wet in the industry if you get in. Our Atlanta office is in a good place and easy to commute to

      The management at this company is clueless. All of the people that knew anything about any of the products are gone. Customers are not happy and I feel very bad for them. Nothing ever gets done internally, your word doesn't mean anything. Promotions or pay raises are non-existent. You will get laid off.. it's just a matter of time. Software is far behind the competition.. customers will start leaving
