      The coworkers (not management) are great only if they stick around. It's a fun atmosphere in the office. Intelligent people.

      Cons

      The management team is lacking in all aspects. There are few managers who now how to be leaders. If you want to be asked to do more, see your incentives taken away, and receive no increase in salary then this is the place for your.

      Flexible Hours Good to build some experience right out of college Location of the company

      Underpaying (Way below the market value) I worked at Aptean for a few years and how they treat their employees has been getting worse every year. And they lay off to outsource major group of people for cheaper labor. Almost no raise and no bonus because the revenue will never meet their expectation People who started at Aptean after the recent layoff will start to experience what all these negative comments are about.. And people who have job offer from Aptean and from some other company, I highly recommend choosing the other.
