There doesn't seem to be a cohesive plan, which leads to big company goals that are attempted to be attained through acquisitions that don't always make sense. The management appears to be more concerned about how they look to the private equity owners in order to keep their jobs. Direction seems to change frequently without communicating how one fits into the plans.

The company is constantly sending jobs overseas where they can get cheaper employees. In turn, the quality of the work from there is much lower. They fired all of the great minds and now we have to work with people who don't know what they're doing, and don't quality check their work. And customers are constantly complaining that they can't contact the people overseas because of the drastic time difference, that they can't understand the correspondence from overseas, and/or they are given bad advice. They have started a new trend of making everyone attend classes or meetings that are a waste of time for employee who have been here for a while. We would rather be helping our customers.
