      At this point can't find any.

      Cons

      New changes in professional services cutting down workforce and outsourcing to India workers. Leadership out of touch and constantly act with a rehearsed empathy. Removing and downsizing only to add more work to those who remain. No real strategy. People get new roles and promotions with favoritism. For those who approach for growth they are told to wait and go through the usual performance review. Totally uneven and inconsistent. Stopped bonus communication and constantly avoid transparency.
