Large company, benefits are good.

Cons

Aptean buys US IT companies then outsources the jobs to India. Once a company is bought they force a hiring freeze, they replace employees who leave with outsourced contractors. Some employees are released without severance package. Some employees leave due to toxic work environment. Some employees are forced to train their outsourced replacement. Woke culture for main office, sweat shop for subsidiaries.
