Pros
Aptean is hiring a lot of people with very little experience. It is great for people looking to step into a new role, the pay will be very low though, however after a few months most people leave once they have the experience on their resume.
Cons
Everyone is new and leave after a few months. The experienced hires get paid well, but they are there for a job and when that job is done they are gone. Most of the experienced hires were promised a large bonus as a part of their offer package, that just got cancelled for everyone. So, you interview for a job and get told you will get a 20% bonus that is guaranteed and the day it is due to be paid get told never mind, we didn't mean it.
