      Pros

      The people you work with and customers. There really are folks there who care about the customers!

      Cons

      I have worked at Aptean for a little over a year and it has not gotten any better. CEO, SVP of Sales constantly changing processes which make it so hard for customers to buy from Aptean!

      Pros

      Good customers, great co-workers, if you are a self-starter, you can learn a lot by doing things in a fast pace company.

      Cons

      high turnover rate. Upper mgmt does not care to keep the best brain in house but to care more abt "numbers". "best practice" so far means cutting best people off and hiring junior with no skills and lower pay, also no clear direction as to how to promote/develop better products and people. Mid level mgmt has some pests that can make your life miserable regardless your performance.

      Very few. I landed here like most as result of an acquisition

      All decisions are driven by returning profit to investors.bare minimum attention given to customers or employees. Very chaotic management that restructures every 2 years or so. Can't wait to retire
